Breathwork Groups

Groups provide a powerful communal experience. Each is completely different, depending on the energy everyone brings to the session. Groups also open up a space to share your experience with others, if you feel called, as well as to hear about other’s experiences. This time of reflection can be extremely helpful.

Group sessions include:

  • Explanation of the technique

  • Brief check-in

  • ~45 minutes of breathing

  • Short rest period

  • Optional share.

All you need is a comfortable place to lie down & a pillow.
