Breathwork is a powerful tool for unwinding and releasing habitual patterns of bracing in the body and mind that keep us from living fully and authentically in the world.

It is a meditation, an embodiment practice, and a form of somatic self-healing.

A single session can involve the resolution of current issues, processing of old emotions, release of stuck energies, powerful ‘downloads’, recovery of lost memories, visionary experiences, feelings of peace, and more.
