Private Coaching
Somatic coaching for over-thinkers
Mindset coaching for deep feelers
1:1 coaching sessions provide a space & structure for honest reflection, emotional unearthing, and embodied change.
Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface—old patterns, protective strategies, unconscious beliefs—and begin to reconnect you with the grounded clarity and vitality that’s always been yours.
This work is somatic, relational, and rooted in the present moment. It’s for people who want to feel more aligned in their relationships, more alive in their bodies, and more connected to what matters.
If you’re feeling stuck, spinning your wheels, or just know something in you is ready for a shift, this might be the next step.
“Eli is a masterful facilitator of growth and insight. Since working with him, I’ve illuminated parts of myself that had unconsciously taken the wheel. Eli has helped me reconnect with these long-cast-away aspects and meet myself more intimately and presently. He’s cleared the path for my unique life force to flow more freely, all while being held in the container of his loving, supportive presence.”

How it Works
I ask new clients to begin with a 3-session commitment.
Each session is 90 minutes, giving us space to build trust, get oriented, and start working with what’s most present for you. You can use the sessions over the course of three months, or more quickly if that feels right. Some people like to start with weekly momentum, others prefer more space between.
After the first three, you’re welcome to continue on a session-by-session basis, depending on what feels supportive.
The cost is $375 for the 3-session package & then $150/session thereafter.
What is somatic coaching
“Somatic” simply means of the body.
While my coaching absolutely involves the mind, it places a special emphasis on the felt experience of the body—sensations, emotions, breath, and physical patterns.
Where traditional mindset coaching or talk therapy often focus on history, story, and analysis, somatic coaching brings you into direct contact with your present-moment experience.
Rather than just talking about your challenges, we explore how they live in your body — and how they can begin to shift through awareness, movement, and breath.
What kinds of things do people come to you for?
People come to me when something in their life doesn’t feel right—but they can’t always name exactly what it is.
Some feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in old patterns they thought they’d outgrown. Others are navigating big transitions—parenthood, burnout, identity shifts, grief—and need a space to land, reflect, and move forward in a more grounded way. Often there is just an intuitive sense that there is something more that they don’t yet have full access to.
Many clients have done some therapy or personal work already, but they’re looking for something more embodied, present-moment, and outside-the-box.
This work helps them slow down, reconnect with themselves, and start showing up differently—in their relationships, work, and inner life.
How is this different than a private breathwork session?
While breathwork may still be part of our work together, these sessions are more spacious and adaptive. We will draw from a broader range of tools—like guided inquiry, parts work, reflective conversation, and other somatic processes. It all depends on what you’re showing up with that day.
Is this like therapy?
Not exactly, but there is some overlap.
We may work with past experiences, emotional patterns, and unconscious beliefs—sometimes in ways that feel familiar if you’ve done therapy before.
But this work isn’t clinical. I don’t diagnose or follow a fixed method. It’s less about talking and more about feeling what’s here, now. My approach is more experiential, body-based, and relational. It’s less about fixing and more about meeting yourself honestly and learning to move through life with more awareness and choice.
Many people who’ve done therapy find this work complements or deepens what they’ve already explored.
“Eli is an intuitive facilitator with real clarity around how to get to the heart of things. Working with him has taught me how to feel my emotions, express them, and use them to grow and find my direction in life.”
