Men’s Group For Fathers
Meeting in Victor, NY
Next 3-month quarter begins Wednesday April 30th
Fatherhood is intense.
The pressure & responsibility, the sleep deprivation, the potential lack of intimacy, the lack of solitary space & time.
The needs of our partners and children can feel like more that we can handle.
We can get triggered. Our old unconscious conditioning causes us to turn inward, to isolate, numb, or lash out at those we love the most.
We cannot bear these burdens alone while remaining the best fathers and husbands we can be. Many of our own fathers tried, so we know where that path leads. And if we rely on our wives for the kind of support we need, we depolarize our relationship by turning them into our mothers.
So, here we are: a group of fathers to support other fathers. To witness each other, hold each other in our challenges, celebrate each other in our wins, and to hold each other accountable.
The Details:
Each man will get time & attention at each meeting
There will be breathwork, accountability practices, and teachings.
Meetings are 2 hours every other week.
There will be a family event twice a year, in which all men who have participated at some point and their families are invited.
Men commit to attending 4 out of 6 groups within each 3-month commitment window.
Every 3 months the group will open for new men to join and for existing members to either recommit or bow out.
The investment is $300/three months. If cost is a barrier for you, please reach out. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
Meetings will take place in a beautiful space in Victor.

The work has been revolutionary in his personal and professional life, and he is passionate about sharing it with others.
“The breathwork sessions that Eli held were powerful and like nothing I have ever experienced. I can say I was pushed out of my comfort zone while still feeling safe. Eli has a unique energy that made our conversations dynamic and lively.” — Jake
